Hey you! 👋🏾 Welcome to my CV! Feel free to click around, if you're feeling brave you could even leave questions/comments! Want some more detail about me as a person and how I am to work with? Check out my About Me page.

👨🏾‍💻 What I'm looking for next

I want to keep building the "internal tech" function that lets a small, sharp team support a fast-growing company — identity, endpoints, and the automation layer that connects them. I'm most interested in IT Engineering or IT Automation roles where the mandate is to replace manual process with systems that scale, not just add headcount.

🧠 What I focus on

🔐 Identity & access management

SSO and directory services across Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace. I design access so it's easy to grant correctly and impossible to leave lying around — deprovisioning included.

⚡ Automation-first operations

Zapier, Okta Workflows, Python, Bash, and the Slack API doing the work that used to be a ticket queue. A recent access-request rebuild alone saves the company close to $90k a year.

💻 Endpoint fleet management

Kandji, Jamf, and Intune managing macOS and Windows fleets from 200 to 900+ devices, with self-healing scripts for battery health and FileVault that cut critical tickets by 70%.

🔁 Scaling through change

HRIS migrations, MDM transitions, office decommissions — the moments where IT either holds a company together or becomes the bottleneck. I've run point on all three without downtime.

💪🏾 What I’ve done

Slack emoji automation

a Zapier automation that would see all custom emojis added to Slack workspace and post a custom slack message formatted with the name of custom emoji + image for easy discovery

Deprovisioning security automation

A one-click offboarding script that revokes SaaS access, wipes devices, and archives mailboxes instantly — no orphaned accounts, and 10+ hours of manual auditing saved every month.

Automated access request catalog

A Jira Service Management project with automated approval flows for IdP-group software access — cut general IT ticket volume and left a clean audit trail behind every grant.

Kandji MDM + Okta lead

Architected a self-healing Apple fleet strategy for a 900+ person workforce, with custom scripts for battery health and Slack-based FileVault remediation.

Zero-touch global onboarding engine

HRIS-triggered account creation and hardware enrollment via Okta Workflows, Zapier, and Kandji — new hires land fully provisioned, software licensed by department and region.

⚡ What I’m good at

🤓 Learning what I don’t know

I love using the resources we have like: Youtube; reddit; MacAdmins Slack; to find similar asks and figure our solutions. Im not afraid of asking those “silly” questions to help find the master answer

🙏🏾 End user focus

I’m super passionate about keeping the users I support productive and happy. It gets me up in the morning and makes my day when someone can relay on my support and even start asking about personal devices like phones or home equipment. It drives me to always do more and continue treating everyone the same

🤝🏾 Spreading positivity to others

↑ Similar to above, I will always make sure teammates/people I work with know their value and strengths. I strive to make everyone rem

⚖️ Managing priorities

The variety and differing priorities I normally see in my role and working style means I am proficient at working across many different priorities and aggressively prioritizing and triaging where required.

🏗️ What I’m bad at (currently)

🧘🏾 Work/life harmony

Sounds cliche but for me it’s accurate. I can work myself too hard and lose my sense of time and perspective. I’m continuing with hobbies and passion to pull me away from this and working on ensuring I internalise what’s really important in my life. Setup a work profile as well to help TURN OFF work after work day

🎓 Taking instruction

I can struggle a bit with initial instructions and may ask for you to explain it again and maybe one more time, but believe me, I will finally understand it

🤌🏾 Micromanagement

💕 Sharing the load

My commitment and work ethic means sometimes I can take on way more than my fair share of work or knowledge which can bother teammates/managers. I’m working on better seeing the opportunities and ambitions of others not just the goal on hand.
